Site use

You may use the free calculators and guidance for your own planning. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt to access paid files without purchase, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, submit malicious code or use the content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

Guides and calculators are for general information and planning only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, health and safety or financial advice. You remain responsible for checking current rules, supplier prices and suitability for your own business.

Digital products

The paid digital products are: Cleaning Business Starter Pack (£19), Quote, Invoice and Client Message Templates (£29), Complete Cleaning Business Setup Kit (£49). They are supplied as downloadable documents, spreadsheets or guidance files for business planning and administration.

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is intended to be processed securely by Stripe as a one-time card or supported payment-method transaction. The checkout button must make clear when placing an order creates a payment obligation.

Before purchasing immediately supplied digital content, customers should be asked to confirm that they want immediate digital access and acknowledge that their statutory cancellation right may be lost once downloading or access begins, where applicable under UK consumer law.

A purchase gives the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for their own cleaning business planning and operation. It does not allow resale, redistribution, public posting, sharing with other businesses or removal of attribution/copyright notices.

Results and limitations

No business outcome, ranking, client win, profit, compliance result, tax result or insurance suitability is guaranteed. Calculator outputs depend on the assumptions entered and may not reflect real supplier prices, local competition, tax treatment, employment status or commercial risk.

The site may be updated, paused or corrected. If a mistake is found in a digital product, support should be contacted so a corrected file or appropriate remedy can be considered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where a consumer lives elsewhere in the UK.

Disputes should first be raised by emailing support. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
