How Clean Start Calculator handles personal data.

Who is responsible

Clean Start Calculator is the trading brand. The legal seller and controller for site enquiries and digital product sales is Nadine Pierre LTD, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact: hello@cleanstartcalculator.com.

Company number 17235708. VAT status not confirmed.

Personal data we process

The free calculators run in the browser and are designed so you can use them without creating an account. Calculator inputs are not intentionally stored by Clean Start Calculator.

If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, product name, purchase date and access issue.

When checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details and returns limited order information to the site, such as checkout session identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, product purchased and customer email address. Clean Start Calculator should not receive or store full card numbers.

If optional analytics or affiliate tracking is added later, this policy and the cookie page should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Why we use data

We use personal data to provide the website, answer support requests, manage checkout and protected downloads, keep basic sales and tax records, prevent misuse, improve site reliability and comply with legal obligations.

The lawful basis may include contract performance for purchases and support, legitimate interests for site security and service improvement, consent where optional cookies or marketing are used, and legal obligation for records we must keep.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers only where needed to operate the site, process payments, host the website, deliver emails, respond to support and maintain records. Stripe is the intended payment processor for checkout.

Support messages and purchase records should be kept only for as long as needed for customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Records no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised where practical.

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives individuals rights which may include the right to be informed, access personal data, correct inaccurate data, erase data, restrict processing, object to processing and complain to the ICO.

To exercise rights connected with this site, email hello@cleanstartcalculator.com. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how a data matter is handled.
