Digital products and refund policy

Digital delivery

Clean Start Calculator products are digital downloads. When checkout is enabled, buyers should receive access only after Stripe confirms a paid checkout session for the specific product purchased.

Digital files should not be emailed as attachments. If access fails, contact support with the checkout email address, product name and purchase date.

Cancellation and immediate access

For immediately supplied digital content, customers should be asked before purchase to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right may be lost once download or access begins, where legally applicable.

If a customer does not want immediate access, they should not complete checkout until a non-immediate delivery option exists.

Refunds and remedies

Refunds are not automatically offered simply because a buyer changes their mind after digital access has begun and the legally required consent/acknowledgement has been given.

This does not remove statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, misdescribed, inaccessible, not supplied, or otherwise does not meet rights that cannot legally be excluded, Clean Start Calculator will consider an appropriate remedy, such as troubleshooting access, supplying a corrected file, replacement access or a refund where required.

Refund and access requests should be sent to hello@cleanstartcalculator.com. Include the checkout email address, product name, purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not include card details.
